About Me

A Different Kind of Counseling

I’m passionate about bringing a sense of meaning and satisfaction to people’s lives.  That’s why I became a therapist and founded The Counseling Center in Noblesville, Indiana.  I have seen people change and grow, overcome their difficulties, and find satisfaction and happiness in their lives.

According to research, your relationship with your therapist is key to your therapy success. I approach clients with warmth and empathy. I know how vulnerable this journey may be for you and I won’t just tell you where to go – but rather go along for the ride with you. You won’t feel alone.

Counseling Services i offer

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a joint process between a therapist and client. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone.

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy recognizes that every relationship has ups and downs, and when you and your significant other are miscommunicating, you may benefit from therapy. I provide couples therapy for all types of couples who want to improve their communication skills and work on their relationship together

Couples Therapy Group

The Couples in Chaos group offers a safe place to listen and learn from others, share about the stress in your life, and receive feedback, guidance, and education from experienced counselors. It normalizes the difficulties in our lives when we realize others experience the same struggles we do. When you feel supported, you can begin to heal yourself and your relationship.

Addiction Counseling

If you are one of the more than 25 million Americans living with a Substance Use Disorder, life can feel unmanageable. Specialized treatment options are available from licensed addiction counselors with their own personal story of recovery from addiction.

EMDR Therapy

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a form of psychotherapy developed by Francine Shapiro. The technique is used to relieve psychological distress and is an effective, evidenced based, method of treatment for trauma.

Telehealth is the remote delivery of health care services. A part of telehealth includes teletherapy, or providing mental health counseling via video conferencing.
